Terms of Use
The terms on which Thai Route Guide provides its travel information, and the limits of that information.
On this page
By using thairouteguide.com (the "site") you agree to these terms. The site is operated by IMPADX, Vietnam (contact details at the end of this page).
What the site is
Thai Route Guide publishes general travel information about Thailand: how to travel between places, how to use airports and stations, suggested itineraries, neighbourhood guides and practical tips. The information is provided for general guidance only.
What the site is not
- We are not a travel agency, ticket seller, booking service or tour operator. We do not sell anything on the site, we do not take bookings and we cannot change or refund bookings made elsewhere.
- We are not affiliated with any transport operator, airport, hotel or attraction mentioned on the site. We take part in the 12Go partner programme: links to 12Go and the booking page on this site are partner links, and 12Go may pay us a commission if you book there, at no extra cost to you. Links are provided for your convenience; a link does not mean we endorse the destination website or vouch for its content, prices or service.
- We do not give legal, immigration, medical or financial advice. Entry requirements, health precautions and insurance are your responsibility to check with official sources for your own circumstances.
Accuracy and changes
We check sources before publishing and show the date of each guide's last update and the date each source was checked. Even so, timetables, fares, opening hours, rules and services in Thailand change frequently and without notice, and errors are possible. Always confirm important details with the operator or venue before you travel. We are not responsible for losses, costs or inconvenience arising from information on this site or on linked websites.
Bookings made elsewhere
Any ticket, accommodation, tour or service you book through a linked website is a contract between you and that operator or platform, under their terms and conditions. Please direct questions about such bookings to them.
Use of our content
Text and layout on this site are owned by IMPADX unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or redistribute our articles, in whole or in substantial part, without written permission. Photographs are credited to their authors and used under the licences stated in the captions; those licences govern their reuse.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site in a way that could damage it or interfere with other visitors, for example by attempting to overload it, scrape it at high volume, or probe it for vulnerabilities.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMPADX excludes liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
